Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes: 36 Thrusters, 30/20kg 24 Box Overs 18 Power Snatch, 30/20kg * Chip through this- moving with purpose from start to finish. Just make sure you don't start to fast. We want to keep a consistent pace right through this!
