30 Barbell Good Mornings

30 Back Rack Barbell Lunges

15 Downdog To Updogs

15 Tempo Deadlifts, 40/30 kg


STRENGTH

Deadlift 5x7 at 70% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.


FITNESS LEVEL SCHWER


CrossFit Games Open 11.5

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Power Cleans, 145/100 lbs

10 Toes-to-bars

15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs


COOL DOWN

Banded Pigeon Stretch, 4 mins
