3. OVERHEAD SQUAT Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

4. SPLIT JERK Jerk Dip + Split Jerk + Jerk Dip + Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
