Every 1 min for 10 mins do:

1 Squat Clean

1 Pause Front Squat, 3 secs

1 Push Press

1 Pause Split Jerk, 3sec

 

Pick load & add some weights every second round if you move well.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

20 Thrusters, 40/25 kg

20 Pull-ups

20 Double Unders
