WOD 1

Teams of 2 - Every minute: 1 team member starts with 5 Burpees and with the remainder time performs Thrusters (40/30kg) - Alternate partners every minute / Only one person working at one time. - Time stops when team reaches a total of 100 Thrusters.

In Teams of 2, complete for time:

 

60 Toes-to-Bars

60 Deadlifts (100/70kg)

400m Run

60 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)

60 Pull-ups

60 Up And Over Box Jumps (60/50cm)

60 Double Unders

 

* Go in order, split up and alternate work with partner

* One bar, med ball, box per team

* Jump up and over box, you may land on box and jump off
