Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.




7 rounds for time of:

5 Power Cleans, 40/30 kg

5 Thrusters, 40/30 kg

5 Snatch Balances, 40/30 kg

5 Hang Snatches, 40/30 kg

5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts, 40/30 kg


For every drop of the barbell during a round, do 5 Burpees after the round.


time cap: 30min
