4 Deadlifts, 85% 1RM
8 Weighted Sit-ups, 20/10 lbs

Conditioning:
Bergeron Beep Test
Every Minute On The minute:
7 Thrusters, 35/25 kg
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

Continue on to the next minute until you fail to get the all the reps completed within that minute. 
Do 10 rounds and rest as you needed if you fail.
