Strength:

Squat Clean 5-4-3-2-1, using heaviest weight per set

Front Squat 1-2-3-4-5, using heaviest weight per set

 

WOD:

Every 30 secs for 5 mins, alternating between:

10 Push-ups

10 Kettlebell Swing (American)s, 16/8 kg

---then---

3 rounds for time of:

8 Box Jumps, 60/50 cm

8 Clean & Jerks, 50/40 kg

8 Burpees
