3 rounds each arm of:

Max reps KB Shoulder Press 

Max reps KB Push Press

Max reps KB Push Jerk

*no rest between sets

**when you drop the KB bevor 3 Push Jerks --> do 20 Burpees

***as heavy as possible

7) Toes to bar

8) Front Squats (2 KB) 16/8kg
