WOD - Donnerstag

Skills:
Shoulder Press

Strength:
3x AMRAP 3 mins: Back Squats, Back Squats and Back Squats
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
A) 25 Back Squats, 60% 1RM
B) 25 Back Squats, 70% 1RM
C) 10 Back Squats, 80% 1RM

Rest 1 min between each cycle (A,B,C).
For each cycle continue the AMRAP.

WOD:
5 rounds for time of: 

5 Deadlifts, 

4 Power Cleans,

3 Hang Power Cleans, 

2 Push Press,

1 Jerk, 


Penalty:  whrn you drop the bar between the set 
--> do 15 Burpees

* starting weight 35/25

** climbing each set
