Strength:

Death by Back Squat

In teams of 3:

Start with 20kg Bar do 1 rep.

2 Partner are putting more weight on the bar when the athlete is standing.

1 more rep

usw.

Don't drop the bar till your 1 max rep.

Then put everytime a little more weigt from the bar.

 

WOD - Open Test

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

50 Double Unders

40 Box Jumps, 60/50 cm

40 Toes-to-bars 30 Burpees

30 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

20 Power Cleans, 65/45 kg

20 Jerks, 65/45 kg

10 Snatches, 65/45kg

10 Muscle-ups
