A) Back Squats, Front Squats or Overhead Squats

* Choose one exercise and work up to a new 1 RM

** 15 min time

 

B) AMRAP 2min 

Max reps Air Squats

 

C) AMRAP 20min 

complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

10 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

20 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches, 16/12 kg

30 Sit-ups

20 Kettlebell Hang Power Clean + Push Press, 24/16 kg

10 Double Kettlebell Push Ups
