Overhead squat @43/29.5kg,
Burpees

Super Hero Partner

20 minute AMRAP Partner 1 performs: 
 5 strict pull-ups
 10 box jumps 60/50cm
 15 air squats 
 1+x clean and Jerk 60/40kg

 Partner 2: rests 

Partners will switch and complete the following while adding one rep onto the clean and jerks every round. One round is completed when both partners finish the sequence.
