- 10 reps with 80% 
- 3 reps with 90% 
- 8 reps with 75% 
- 3 reps with 90% 
- 6 reps with 70% 
- 3 reps withi 90% 
- 3 reps withi 65%
- 3 reps withi 90%

WOD 
AMRAP in 20min with: 
- 10 Toes to bar 
- 10 Push Press 2 KBs @16/12/8kg 
- 10 Deadlift @ 70% 1RM
