Strength: Shoulders

Max reps strict KB Press 

Max reps KB Push Press  

Max reps Push Jerk 


*start with the weak arm 

** 1 min. rest 

***start with the other arm with the same reps 


WOD - For time

100 DU or 300 SU 

20 Power Cleans 60/40kg, Rx+70/50kg 

30 Front Squats 60/40kg, Rx+70/50kg

40 KB Swings 24/16kg  

50 Burpees
