Strength: Chest

Bench Press 

A) Work up to a heavy 3RM

B) 5x3reps (rest as needed)

 

WOD:

AMRAP 20min

- 10 Snatch, 45/30kg, Rx+60/40kg

- 15 Toes to bar

- 20 Wall Balls
