100 Partner KB Swings

*(Each athlete perform 100reps)

10 rounds of:

A) 10 Box Jump overs

B) 10 Jumping Chest To Bar Pull Ups

*(Both athletes do all)
**(Athlete 1 starts with A, athlete 2 starts with B.)
***(Change only when the excersice is done with a high five.)

Third date

100 Partner Thrusters 50 or 40kg

*(Both perform together 100 reps with one bar.)

Fall in Love

100 Partner Purpees

*(Both Athetes start with lying on the ground.)

Wedding

A) Toes to bar

B) Sit on wall hold

*(Both athletes do all)

Honeymoon

3 rounds of:

A) 50x Push-up hold high five

B) 60x Partner Wall Dips

C) Bar run 400m (40/30kg)

*(Both athletes are working together.)
