- Push-Up
- Leg Lever
- Rope Jump
- Sit-Up

3 Rounds
8x: HSPU
4x: 6x OH Lunges + 3x Push Jerk (40/30kg)
3 Rounds
15x: Pull- Up
15x: Ring Dips
3 Rounds
5x: Squat Clean (70% 1RM)
10x: Push-Up

Do 3  Burpees For Every Broken Set.
