3 Front Squats @70-75% of 1RM

Odd – Max reps Strict Pull-ups for 30 seconds 

WOD - Tabata 20/10x9

Box Jumps

Deadlift 70/40 Rx = 100/60

KB Push ups

Bench Press 60/30 Rx = 70/40

* plank 20sek between every step.
