200x Burpees
300x Squats
400x MB Sit-ups
300x Ground-to-overhead 40/30kg
200x Wall Balls
100x Pull-Ups
The team can only have ONE participant "working" at a time.
The team has to complete ALL air squats before moving onto the next phase of situps, etc.
