Strength: 
1.) Go to 1RM Deadlift
2.) 7 min EMOM:
1.min: 7 deadlift 30% 1RM
2.min: 6 deadlift + 10%
3.min: 5 deadlift + usw
4.min: 4 deadlift +
3.min: 3 deadlift
2.min: 2 deadlift
1.min: 1 deadlift 90% 1RM

( put on some weight every min. )

WOD: AMRAP 15 min:
3 DU's or 10 DU's
10 Medball Sit-ups
1x shuttle run
10 Double KB Push Press
