8 tabatas 20/10 of:
1. Ring pull up jumps
2. Sit-ups
3. Box Dips
4. KB Thrusters 2x 16/10/6kg
5. Rope Battle
6. Burpees
7. SDHP
8. Bench Press 60/45/30kg
9. Plank

Rest 2min. between rounds.
