WOD II - 13 min AMRAP

 

50 Double Unders

50 Sit-Ups

25 Cal Rudern

 

40 Double Unders

40 Sit-Ups

20 Cal Rudern

 

30 Double Unders

30 Sit-Ups

15 Cal Rudern

 

20 Double Unders

20 Sit-Ups

10 Cal Rudern

 

10 Double Unders

10 Sit-Ups

In der restlichen Zeit versuche so viele Cals zu rudern wie möglich.
