WOD I - Strength

 

Back Squat

WOD II - Air Force

 

Timed:

 

20 Thrusters

20 SDHP

20 Push Jerk

20 Overhead Squat

20 Front Squat

 

The athlete must perform 4 Burpees every  minute on the minute until completition.

This includes beginning the workout with 4 Burpees.
