4: Wall Balls

5: Pull-ups

6: Boxing

7: TRX low Row to Curl to Y Fly

8: Sit-ups

 

 

WOD II - 3 rounds of:

 

30sec. Side Plank (left)

30sec. Side Plank (right)

30sec. Ring Hold

30sec. TRX Plank
