WOD I - Bärblä
5 rounds, each of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest 3min. between each round.

WOD II - Interval

A: Front Squat
B: Dips
C: Box Jumps
D: Rowing
E: TRX open push ups (1 arm)
F: KB Swigs :)
G: TRX Pistols
H: Boxing
I: Ring Pull Jumps
